Its humorous to me that I failed day one.
Bfast was 6 pieces of bacon ( a little much) egg, and bby tomatos.
I failed to bring my lunch because I thought we would have time to go get some and I was going to go get a salad from the salad bar only to find out we only have 30 mins to eat and they are catering. It still really wasn’t an excuse. I could have just had a salad, but no I had some of the pasta and a dinner roll too. No cookie though, thats one win. I also had a Larabar for a snack today. Other than that no fruit or sugary treats.
Post WOD and Powerhour I had some beef, brussel sprouts, and kinda of mashed potatos. The cooking really sucked. Deff need to improve but I am so lazy :/
Sunday Night Prep

My brunch today. Yogurt and granola parfait with banana, strawberry, walnuts, and cranberry. A little splurge considering I usually try to avoid granola but still healthy. I also got a “local latte” with local honey, cinnamon, and soy milk. NOM.
Sorry for the lack of posts. I’m visiting my boyfriend. I will post tomorrow. Right now we are making sweet potato fries, tequila lime salmon patties, and broccoli.
Really? Do you really like a girl who can eat 823 calories of junk? I bet you like a girl who eats the extra 450 calories worth of damn fries on the side too right? Well I can bet you that you don’t like the 250 pound girl who eats like that. You like the 115 pound blonde bombshell who is naturally skinny. So what I really think you meant to say was: “I like a girl with a naturally fast metabolism”. Bitch, please.

I guess the first thing I should write here is that I am not good at it. at all. I always say whenever someone ask me about anatomy that it’s most of the time kind of random and wrong, and I am bad at explaining things… But many people ask about making a tutorial, so the last few days I kind of feel like trying to make some..

I was honestly trying my best with all this explaining and drawing and everything, but I still believe there are plaaaaaaanty of mistakes, but I also still hope some of you may find it quite helpful, because I also tried to make it kind of easy for -beginners- maybe?
The ‘tips’ I know are drawn mostly with orange, so it would be visible and clear from the body..
Please remember that I am still learning, so I hope that one day I will be able to do something better than this.. for not, that’s all.
